THE HAKONE GLASS FOREST from JAPAN. This is a place where trees are built of ancient glass (Venetian Glass) originating since the 15 century and also some modern glass. Now, not only does the museum shop make us wonder but, they also encourage us to try our hand at some glass art!!!! That's just too good!!! One more thing to add is, Hakone is one of the points where you can get closest to Mt. Fujiii!!!

glass forest! wow! how fragile is this art work though...don't want leaves shattering over me while i walk below them...just a joke ;)..looks marvelous
